Tara Olkowski
Tara has always had an attraction to medical sales since her mother was an RN for 25+ years and her father in-law was in medical sales for over 35 years. She comes from a successful mix of recruiting and 10+ years in pharmaceutical/hospital sales where her hard work and dedication led to President’s Club, multiple Regional awards, and Field Sales Trainer. Her passion is to help sales professionals find the career that is a cultural fit and to deliver the best experience for both client and candidate during the whole recruiting process.
A team player, Tara was a member of the Division I West Virginia University (Let’s GOOO Mountaineers) Swimming/Diving team and credits a lot of her success to the wonderful lessons learned early on in the pool. She feels lucky to have created and cultivated those relationships and past experiences to guide her in this role as a medical sales recruiter.
