Joseph has worked in the medical sales industry for over a decade as a Territory Manager, Field Trainer, District Sales Manager and Regional Business Director. His experience includes award winning performance at all levels bringing multiple awards and President Club trips.
While his personal success has brought awards, recognition and advancement, the most rewarding aspects of Joseph's career comes through the development and success of building a team. He has hired, inspired and developed a wide array of talent with varying sales backgrounds that has led to a continuing legacy of leadership. Joseph's greatest satisfaction comes from seeing those around him succeed as they learn to thrive within the gifting’s of their talents and strengths.
It is Joseph’s sincere desire to orchestrate satisfying concerts between candidates and clients. He wants to use the skill-set he has realized throughout his career to help others truly say they like what they do and who they do it with.
