Lauren has had a passion for the medical device industry for as long as she can remember. Upon graduating college, she made it her mission to break in and ultimately achieved that goal with an industry leading manufacture shortly after.
Lauren spent 10 years with a market leader with several top performances before pivoting to the start-up world. After nearly 12 years she decided she wanted to help others achieve their dreams the same way she was able to and moved into recruiting.
