Kathy brings more than twenty years of Human Resources and Recruiting experience in the medical device industry. She has worked for C.R.Bard, Medtronic, Smith and Nephew, and BD in various Recruiting and Talent Acquisition roles. Her experience spans throughout all the functions in the industry, however her passion is in Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Affairs as well, and Research and Development recruiting.
