Cassie Rayman brings a dynamic background in B2B, pharma, and medical device sales to her role as Manager of Client Acquisition at Accordance Search Group. Since joining in 2022, she’s used her firsthand knowledge of the field to build genuine connections and offer meaningful guidance to both clients and candidates, especially in fast-moving spaces like disruptive tech, robotics, capital sales, and diagnostics.
Cassie takes pride in learning each client’s product and service inside and out so she can serve as a true partner in the search process. One of her proudest moments? Helping a candidate break into medical device sales and hearing firsthand how life-changing that opportunity became.
She was drawn to Accordance after working with the team as a candidate herself, impressed by their professionalism and deep industry expertise. Outside of recruiting top talent, Cassie’s also recruiting loving homes as a passionate dog foster mom and animal advocate.
